Electronic Wrappers

For those who have the printing capabilities, wish to enjoy greater profit margins, or simply have more of a "do-it-yourself" attitude, we present our electronic wrappers. With this option, you will receive, print-ready files that are designed per your specifications and which you use to create fun, festive wrappers, in your own home.

To order your uncut wrappers, simple go to the ordering page of your preferred design. You will see a link to the electronic wrapper page. Then simply enter you information in as you would normally.

Uncut wrappers are $4.00 per design (two different sizes of the same design, constitutes two designs), with no S&H.

A short while after your order is submitted, you will receive an email from Whirlibird.com, containing your order proof(s). Please review, or share with your customer, and send us feedback as soon as possible.

Pending your approval, whirlibird.com will prepare and email the wrapper designs to you, in a ready-to-print, PDF format. (You can also order you wrappers designs on a CD! We will deliver the file to you first through email, and then mail your CD to you immediately following)

To read .PDF file, you'll need the free Adobe Reader.

Please save your files to an specifically designated directory, where you will have easy access to them. Please open and review the files for errors.

When ready to print, open the desired file in Adobe Reader. Go to File > Print. TO ENSURE YOUR WRAPPERS PRINT THE CORRECT SIZE - In the box that opens up, first make sure you find the option that says, "Page Scaling." Click in the box to select the "Shrink Large Pages" option.

IMPORTANT - Don't Skip this step! Acrobat Reader may default to a different option. If you don't select this option before printing each file, your wrappers may not print the correct size.

Select "OK" and print your wrappers. Then, cut out the wrappers, using a paper trimmer. Cut right along with edge of the printed area, trimming off all white paper from the wrappers. Cut wrappers should resemble these samples:

Next you are responsible for packaging your order, or delivering it to your customer. We recommend wrapping the smaller sizes of wrappers, by cutting a small scrap of white paper and wrapping it around them tightly, then taping in place:

It's also recommended you packaging your wrapper between pieces of card stock or in a stay-flat mailer, to ensure they aren't crushed or bent in transit.

Finally, print off an instruction page for each size wrapper in your order. Package everything together, and ship or deliver to your customer!
