1. Why Should I Choose Whirlibird’s Program instead of competitive Wrapper Programs'?

1. It's FREE! Unlike other wrapper programs, you pay nothing up front. You can take advantage of our reselling opportunities as little or as infrequently as you want. You can use us only once and never again. And with no minimums or nothing to pay up front, it's great when you don't want to become a reseller, but just want to save money on your own personal items.

2. Nothing to learn. Whirlibird doesn't give you with a bunch of images and then leave you to figure out how to use them on your own. You won’t get stuck having to learn a foreign software program, and you’ll never have to struggle, or worry that you can’t get an order done. With those types of programs, unless you’re skilled with graphics or computer software, you’re at an instant disadvantage.

3. Professional-Quality Products. Whirlibird will design for you! You place your order just as you would if you were ordering for yourself. Your products will look professional, because they are done by professional designers.

If you don't have such an email address, we recommend signing up for a free account at Yahoo! Mail, for exclusive use for receiving wrapper files.)

A Paper cutter or trimmer to cut out the wrappers. We recommend buying one that is at least 12" long to accommodate a full 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper. Scissors are not recommended.

4. What is the turnaround time? How long before my customer gets their wrappers?

Many customers inquire about our turnaround time, and unfortunately there are many factors effecting this, so it's difficult to give a clear answer. In all cases, it depends on how quickly the order is approved. Remember we don't even begin the order until it is approved by you. And once your receive your electronic or uncut wrappers it will depend on how quickly you can complete the order.

We've compiled this chart to help you estimate the overall time frame.

After the proof is approved, and the order is paid, you should receive the print-ready file within 12 hours

Priority shipping takes about 2-3 business days to arrive. An order shipped on Monday will usually arrive Wednesday or Thursday.

If you need to ship the wrappers, we recommend ordering a minimum of 3 weeks - 25 days before that date.

Remember, large orders, custom orders and your own limitations, may cause delays.

5. Will the wrappers have Whirlibird written on them?

We typically include our website information on on wrappers. If you have ordered form us before, or browsed our website in-depthly, you will see that we include a small tagline at the top of each wrapper. When the candy is wrapped, the tagline is invisible until the candy is unwrapped. (Taglines are placed in the margins of goody bags, thank-you notes, or invitations, and are visible, although discreet.)

One of the best things about our new program is that we allow you to put your own custom "tag line" on the bottom of every wrapper. It's only $1.00 per design (no, NOT per wrapper!), and a great investment to advertise yourself. Use your phone numbers, email address of web site, and you'll get free advertising with every wrapper! Best of all, your customer will never know you didn't make the wrappers yourself.

Whenever your order, you will have the option of including your own tag line. We are now also allowing resellers to include the information on the bottom back of the wrappers, where it will always be visible.

6. Are there any restrictions or limitations as to how I can resell, or use the files I purchase?

Generally no, you can resell them as you see fit. However, please bear in mind:
