
Whirlibird is happy to perform most photos services (scanning,
adjusting, manipulating) free-of-charge. We offer photo
enhancement on full-size wrappers and other favors as
well. This information also pertains to sending us logos
or other non-photo artwork. To send your photos to Whirlibird:
1.
Complete the wrapper order form. If
photo enhancement is available for that design, you will
see a checkbox noted, "Add Photo?" Click this
box, finish your order, then proceed to complete your
order throughout Checkout. (If you are interested
in photo enhancement for a design and don't see a checkbox,
please email
Whirlibird, as we may still be able to perform the
service.)
2.
Make note of your order number. This is shown
after you complete checkout and will also be emailed to
you.
3.
Send an email to email@whirlibird.com.
Attach your photo(s)
to the email and simply include your order number somewhere
in the body - Whirlibird will do the rest! You may include
custom requests or a message in the body of the email.

With
your photo(s), please include a note with your order number,
for the fastest service. Please make sure your photo(s)
is packaged securely, and mark the package "Do Not
Bend." We accept all sizes and types of photos, but
can not be responsible for damages incurred during shipping.
While we don't recommend sending us original or only copies,
all your photos will be returned with your order.
Basic
File Guidelines:
1.
We accepts most file formats, including Zipped
or compressed files, vector image formats, and Macintosh
formats. However, if your file cannot be opened, Whirlibird
may ask you to re-send the file as a different format.
2.
When scanning your files, please try to make
them as large as possible. It's always possible for us
to shrink down a large photos, but if we blow them up,
it may cause a noticeable loss in quality. Whirlibird
is always happy to work with what you provide, and will
notify you if we think what you provided is insufficient.
As a general guideline, please try to make your files
no smaller than 500 pixels at the shortest side, and larger
if possible.
3.
Please always scan your files in "True Color".
This includes black and white, and toned images. Do not
scan in black and white.
4.
Whirlibird accepts files up to 3MB in size. Should
you need to send us a larger file, you email us for assistance,
