1.
I
don't like the wording you have for a certain
design - can I use my own?
You
sure can! To make your job easier, we’ve
pre-filled the text boxes on the ordering page
with our chosen default wording. However, this
is only a suggestion. We will personalize your
designs with exactly what you type in the text
boxes on the ordering page, so feel free to have
them say whatever you wish!
If
you want you text laid out a certain way, there
is a place on the shopping cart page where you
can type some additional directions for us. And
remember, we'll email you a sample of your design
before anything is printed, so you can be sure
it will look exactly as you wish.

2.
I like a certain design, but I need something
on it slightly different, or I like the fonts/color/graphic
on another design better. Can the designs be altered?
All
of the our designs are 100% customizable. We are
a full-service design team and can accommodate
any request whether something is the wrong color,
you want a different background, a different type
face, or maybe there is a graphic on a particular
design that doesn't work for your event. If any
of our designs are close to what you need, we're
happy to "weak" them until they're perfect.
Usually, custom design work is done free-of-charge.
Furthermore,
keep in mind all of the designs, graphics, verses,
as well as fonts and styles are interchangeable.
For example, if you like the font on one item,
verse on another and graphic on yet another, Whirlibird
can accommodate your preferences and combine the
styles for you.
3.
Are the chocolate bars or candy included with
the wrappers?
When
you order, you will have the choice of purchasing
only the wrappers, or the wrappers and candy.
If you order candy, the favors will arrive already
wrapped, and ready to be used. If you order wrappers
only, your wrapper will arrive pre-cut and ready
to wrap. You will see the options for both, on
the ordering page.
Sorry, we don't offer tea bags or pre-filled goody
bags at this time. We cannot ship candy out of
the USA.
4.
How do I put the candy wrappers on the bars? Do
I need to purchase anything?
Candy
wrappers require a form of adhesive such as a
gluestick, double-stick tape or a tape dispenser.
Goody Bags are affixed with a stapler. Wrapping
is simple and quick, and illustrated, step-by-step
wrapping instructions will be included with each
order and each type of favor you order.
For
full-size wrappers, we also recommend purchasing
foil sheets.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We
accept personal and cashier's checks, money orders,
or even cash in the mail. If you prefer to use
your credit card, we can set up an invoice through
PayPal.com, our secure
payment processor. International customers can
send an International Money order, US cash, or
a personal check written in US dollars.

How does the ordering process take place? Will
I see my wrapper before it is shipped?
When
you place your order with Whirlibird.com:
•
You receive an automatic email receipt to confirm
your order. Your order is sent to us where a designer
will review it. Your designs are created matching
the information you sent us. A page will be created
on our site with your design(s).
•
You receive an email with a link to the page where
you can view your proof. On the bottom of the
page, we can a handy form where you can "approve"
the design, and tell us to print and ship, or
you can request any changes/corrections. Please
review the design carefully and check for mistakes.
Once approved, Whirlibird will contact you when
the wrappers ship. You may also send additional
comments or questions through this page. Any comments
will be personally reviewed.
7.
I don't see a wrapper that I like, or I have a
specific idea in mind. Will you custom design
something from scratch?
Certainly!
Either fill out our Custom
Request Form, or simply email
us. Many of our designs aren't featured on
the web and we may have something ready to show
you! And if not, Whirlibird is happy to make a
custom-design just for you. Please remember that
anything we design, remains the property of Whrilibird.com
and the design may be re-used and re-sold to other
customers (with the exception of any logos, photos,
or other graphics which are provided by you).
8.
What type of paper/ink do you use?
Whirlibird
uses:
•
An acid free/ligin free ultra bright paper for
our regular wrappers
• An acid/ligin free 110 lb. smooth finish
card stock for our invitations, thank-you notes,
and goody bags toppers
All
items are printed with professional quality, archival
laser toners, and have an exceptional, magazine-like
glossy finish. These are guaranteed not to smudge,
smear, run, or fade.
9.
How are the items shipped? What are the shipping
costs?
Wrappers-only
orders are usually shipped via USPS First Class
Mail. (First Class Mail shipments are not trackable.)
Invitations,
thank-you notes, or large wrapper orders are sent
Priority Mail. Any orders that include candy are
shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and all Priority
Mail shipments include Delivery confirmation.
Your
shipping charges are calculated automatically,
as you add items to the shopping cart, judging
by the weight and column of the items purchased.
If your cart reads:
$1.80 Shipping it will ship First Class Mail at
4-6 business days
$4.50 or more it will ship Priority Mail at 2-3
business days
If
you live outside the USA these conditions do not
apply, so email us for shipping questions.
If
you need your wrappers in a rush, be sure to email
us prior to placing your order. We do have Overnight
and 2-Day delivery available and we are happy
to respond to any inquiry with expedited shipping
rates and estimated time frames.
10.
Once I place my order, how long does it take to
arrive?
Remember
due to the custom nature of our products, we request
that you personally approve the design, before
we print, therefore turnaround time can vary with
your response time. However a general estimate
is:
Up
to 24 hours to receive your emailed sample after
your order is initially placed
About
1-2 business days for wrappers only orders to
ship after the sample is approved
About 2-3 days for wrapped candy to ship after
the design is approved. (Larger orders may require
more time)
Delivery
time is about 4-5 business days for 1st Class
Mail and 2-3 business days for Priority Mail (Applicable
only to US destinations).
If
you need definite assurance on when your order
will arrive, please send us an email, and we'll
be happy to provide an estimated arrival date.

You

font, or just see how on would look, just specify
